Technical Malfunction Issues

Multiple users report issues with the Dolphin M600, primarily related to movement failures, electrical problems, and operational inconsistencies, often despite attempts to troubleshoot and clean the device.

  • Movement Failures: Several users experience the robot attempting to start cleaning but only achieving brief movement (a split second) before stopping. This issue appears to be common and persists even after users check for obstructions.
  • Power and Electrical Issues: Multiple reports indicate that the M600 is unresponsive, with no lights or movement, despite confirming that the power supply is functioning correctly. This suggests potential internal electrical faults.
  • Control Panel Functionality: Some users note that while the control panel seems operational (indicating cleaning mode), the robot fails to move, highlighting possible issues with the motor or internal components.
  • Troubleshooting Attempts: Users have made efforts to identify blockages or issues without disassembling the unit, but these attempts have not resolved the problems, indicating a need for deeper diagnostics.
