Submit Your Own IssueIt does not turn when it hits the wall. Flap and rotating head are moving freely.
What can I do?
Kind regards from Holland.

AquaVac bumps into wall and only reverses course 10-20% of the time. I have a 24 ft round pool and have tried various combinations of trajectory settings. It reverses course if I manually move paddle but should do it automatically. Please help.
Submit Your Own IssueHave charged and used mine a few times this year. I recharged it and it shows full charge, but when I put it in the water the unit will not turn on and the lights go out. I am assuming that the battery is defective and not holding a charge, but I bought this only 1 year ago and have used it less than 10 times.
Submit Your Own IssueIt’s fully charged and on but won’t move when out under water
Submit Your Own Issuedid you find a solution our vacuum is fully charged but when we put it in the water it doesnt turn on

Submit Your Own IssueIt hits the wall and stops and never turn around. Like it hits the wall dog sometimes and then just sits there till the battery runs dead or I go move the little flap
Submit Your Own IssueSame thing is happening to mine. Worked great last week when I cleaned for the first time. And this happened last year and Hayward sent me a new one. So this is brand new and doing the same thing again.
Submit Your Own IssueCharges fine once I put in water it starts going under the robot swivels to turn and go under half way through the turn the robot just stops and sinks. I can pull it out drain water do it again same thing half turn stops and sink.
Submit Your Own IssueWhy is my charging light orange on my Hayward AquaVac 250
Submit Your Own IssueTurn on the switch and it will turn on then turns off. If I turn the unit upside down it runs. Turn it rightside up it stops. It does take charge.
Submit Your Own IssueMy aqua vac will not take a charge. I have checked the chargers and the connections and everything is at the proper voltage
