Aiper Scuba S1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner Not Working?

If you're experiencing issues with your Aiper Scuba S1 pool equipment, you're not alone. Many users have faced similar challenges and have shared their experiences to help others troubleshoot and resolve these problems.

  1. Your product worked fine for a month or so. Now, it charges up, then, when you turn it on, set what you want it to do, and put into the pool, it sinks to the bottom, the blue light goes out, and it sits there, doing nothing.

    • I have the same issue. What do I do?

I recently purchased a new Aiper S1. It has been working great until now. It was at the bottom of the pool not moving, with a solid red light. I took it out of the pool cleaned it up and recharged it as usual. The light turned solid blue after charging it . I put it back in the pool, pushed the button and the blue light came on. It went to the bottom of the pool and the light went off. It just laid there not moving. What do I do now?
      Thank you in advance,
      Lisa

  2. I purchased the 2024 New AIPER Scuba S1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner from Amazon. It was delivered on 7/1/2024 and we have loved every second of using it. It has been a fabulous tool….until this week, 60 days later. The robotic cleaner when charged has a solid red light as the only option. We can no longer use it and we are extremely disappointed. I have searched through your troubleshooting in the manual and do not see anything that mentions a solid red light. Please help.
