I have a new Polaris 380 and the debris bag comes off after 5 minutes or less. I’m ready to take it back. The catch for the bag is flimsy and doesn’t hold. Poor design or quality control.

Polaris 380 constantly tangles itself up in a knot around the pool side suction. When it is not tangled up, it spends more time on the top of the pool walls than on the bottom picking up debris. Have tried several different remedies all with no success. Any ideas??
