The cleaner is fully charged. Switching it to the left will change the cleaning setting. When switching it to the right, the light does not come on, and it does not turn on.

My cordless cleaner will not turn. When slide the switch to the left is correctly changes the cleaning types. When you go right nothing happens.
It is fully charged.

I’ve only had this a month the first time I used it it worked perfectly and I bragged about how great it was now it keeps stalling in the middle of the pool in the middle of a cleaning cycle leaves a lot of debris now it won’t even charge red light is blinking four times
Submit Your Own IssueI just go this and have only run this about 5 times and have cleaned the filter each time. When I put the cleaner in water now. It starts and moves a few feet and stops. This should not be happening on a new cleaner.. 😢
Submit Your Own IssueI just purchased my Polaris Freedom on Thursday. Today is Sunday, I have used it 3 times. Each time, it left dirt and sand in the pool, stopped in the deep end and ran out of a charge although it was fully charged each time. The app did not even notify me that the cycle was complete. I am extremely disappointed. Considering the price, I expected a far, far better experience. Unfortunatlely, the pool store I purchased it from considers it final sale. I would like to return it if possible.

It is an easy fix.
There is a small gap under the slider the right size for a flat screwdriver. You can pop out the hole button slider and clean it.
Inside is a magnet/ peace of metal which will be full of corrosion after 6+ month. I have not tried to replace that but the cleaning helps to get the slider work like new!

This new vacuum only picked up dirt and dead algae and not much of that It missed a lot of spots and no leaves or anything larger than dirt were picked up. What am I doing wrong, super disappointed. We had a tiger shark that got all of this kind if thing.??

I have had my Freedom for a month now. It only occasionally will climb the walls. I have a tiled pool, chemistry is right on., basket is clean. Very frustrating. My previous cleaner , a Dolphin M600 had no problem climbing the walls of my pool. Sorry I sold it. The only reason I got the Polaris Freedom was I run a Skimbot and is doesn’t like cords.
