Aqua Products EVO 502 Pool Cleaner Not Working?

If you're experiencing issues with your Aqua Products EVO 502 pool equipment, you're not alone. Many users have faced similar challenges and have shared their experiences to help others troubleshoot and resolve these problems.

  1. Two years ago, I purchased an Aqua Products Evo502 Robotic Pool Cleaner, an Automatic Vacuum for Inground Pools. It has stopped working. There is power to the control box and the blue light is on. However, when I press the start button, it initially starts and then stops and doesn’t start again. Can you provide guidance on how to fix the issue and/or the equipment so that it will work again?

  2. I’ve owned it for two years and operated it without a problem. However, it now stops working. It may start and blow out some water, but then it does not work (or move). Or it simply does not start. I’ve cleaned out the filter and checked the treads, etc., for debris, but there is no debris, and the filter is clean. I’ve checked the power, and the unit is receiving power, as there is a blue light on the Control Box. Any assistance would be appreciated.
