Technical Malfunction Issues
Multiple users report issues with the Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme, primarily related to persistent operational failures, electrical problems, and difficulties in stopping the unit, often despite various troubleshooting efforts.
- Persistent Operation Issues: Several users experience the robot continuing to run even after the cycle time has ended or after the power supply is turned off. This issue is notable as it requires users to unplug the device to stop it, indicating a potential malfunction in the control system.
- Movement Failures: Users report that the unit fails to move when submerged, despite passing self-tests when out of the water. This suggests a disconnect between operational modes, with the impeller not functioning properly during underwater operation.
- Electrical and Connectivity Problems: Reports indicate that the unit may become unresponsive after incidents such as damage to the power cord. Users have noted that even after replacing the cord, the device does not respond, hinting at possible internal electrical faults.
- Indicator Lights and Malfunctions: A common issue is the appearance of a solid red light on the power supply, which often correlates with the unit not moving. This suggests potential motor or internal component failures that prevent proper operation.

Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme Pool Cleaner Not Working?
If you're experiencing issues with your Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme pool equipment, you're not alone. Many users have faced similar challenges and have shared their experiences to help others troubleshoot and resolve these problems.
My Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme does not stop running even when cycle time is over. It keeps running even after I shut down a power supply. To stop it I have to unplug it, but it starts running immediately after I plug it in, without power supply on. I don’t know how to stop it.

Our Natulius CC Supreme was plugged in and in the pool (but not on), when my ran over the power cord with the lawn mower. We purchased the original manufacturer replacement cord. After replacing the cord, the vacuum will not run. The app shows device is not responding. Any thoughts?

Our Dolphin CC Supreme just started to not work when underwater.
I flipped it over out of the pool and it DOES perform the self-test, with the tracks moving in both directions, but when I submerse it and try to run it, nothing happens! I don’t see the impeller churning the water like I usually do and the power supply throws a solid RED after a few seconds .The mpeller blade moves easily when I checked/cleaned around it. Any ideas? Thanks!
