Control box won’t light up. I have been trying for a few days without much luck and my 2 year old vacuum won’t move. The boxes that plugs into the wall seems to be dead but I can’t find a replacement – it’s an Aiper Orca 800 33′ cord. Is there anything I can do?

Submit Your Own IssueI highly recommend avoiding this subpar product as it will only lead to disappointment.
The cord on this product is incredibly frustrating as it becomes tangled within just one lap around the pool. It’s absolutely maddening. Additionally, the sides of the device fail to securely clip in place, so when you lift it out of the pool, all the debris that you painstakingly spent 45 minutes untangling the cord for simply spills out from the sides
