  1. My pilaris vacuum keeps getting an error code 07 it’s the vrx iq+ model. I have checked and it’s fully submerged and even shook it as suggested. I bought it April 2023 on amazon.

  2. I have a Polaris Vrx IQ+ that needs to have the swivel cable replaced. The recommended replacement cable, (PTS-R0726700) has a single connector. When I took the Polaris cleaner apart to replace the swivel cable, it actually has a splitter and has two connections inside the shell. Did Polaris change swivel cables in the last few years? My Polaris Vrx IQ is 3 years old. Thank you.

  3. The brush rollers are not turning. I believe the teeth on gears have been worn down or broken up even though I have not had it that long can I order the part or can you send Me the shaft with the gears on it at the rollers are on?

  4. Suddenly, my Vrx iQ+ seems to have a power issue. the panel turns on, but when i actually place the robot in the water and turn on… it immediately kicks off the control panel. from my limited knowledge.. it sounds like a power cable issue perhaps? are there fuses? any ideas?

    thanks in advance

  5. We have used our Polaris VRX iQ+ perhaps THREE Times.

The control box keeps separating from the carrier when moving to the pool.

We took it to Leslie’s, they put it back on.

    Within MINUTES of returning home,
    when VERY CAREFULLY
and VERY LIGHTLY lifting it about two inches over the transom,
    the control box SEPARATED AGAIN.

For an almost $2,000 purchase, this is unacceptable.

Not sure if we got a bad one,
or if it is a horrible design.

    This should NOT be happening.

    • The VRXiQ snaps in pretty hard. Mine is solid in the caddy with no issues of falling out. Is it possible the controller cradle was damaged upon controller installation? Did it snap into the cradle solid. Or is it just laying on top?

  6. The control box is not getting power. I plugged it into several outlets that I know work but still nothing. On a side note, the plug that goes into the control box from the sweeper itself is a disaster. What were the designers thinking?

    • I’ve had this same symptom. Plugged into two different AC outlets that I confirmed are working. Unplugged for hours and still no power light when again plugged-in. The unit is less than a month old!!! What the hell!!!
